Last year, we had a customer from Malaysia, requested an automatic packaging system for caramel treat sachima cake, a very popular Chinese traditional snak food, made with flour egg dough, fried in pastry status, then mixed with sesame and caramel. Customer want to pack 1 piece sachima cake in one bag, fully automatic feeding and packaging solution.

Machinery list: Main belt 1, 2(to feed and arrange products with a certain distance by line status), Sink unit (to feed sachima cakes to receiving unit by up and down motion), Separating unit (to separate sachima cake one by one in case of they are not cut throughly by former cutting device), Turning unit and Automatic feeding conveyor(to feed cakes with requested postions to packaging machine), Packaging machine(continuous work type, one machine speed is upto 200bags/min, no product no packing.)
