About Nuts Packing Machine

Nut packing machine is a vertical type form fill and seal machine,normally configure with elevator, scale, platform and output conveyor as a total packing system,each machine share the revelant signals from each other, no product no packing, with products, automatic restart packaging.

For example, when scale is full of nuts material, the elevator will stop transporting materials, when scale is empty of nuts material, packaging machine will stop working and the elevator will keep feeding materials.

Sometimes, to save cost, we use volumetric cup system to instead multi-head weigher. Refer video below, the configurations maybe different according to products feartures.
